Nobody really teaches us laundry. We guess the dose, trust the dial, and hope the jumper comes out the size it went in. The Wash Guide ends the guessing, gently, one wash at a time.
The wash
Say what’s going in. It tells you exactly what to do.
T-shirts, towels, the good jumper. Tell it the load and it answers with a detergent from your own cupboard, the dose to pour, the temperature to set and the one tip that matters for that load. Where the pack prints its own marks, it speaks in them, so you pour to a line on the cap rather than doing arithmetic at the machine.
And it gets to know your machine. Fit a smart plug and it learns how long your washes really run and what they cost, so the card can tell you both before you press start. When the drum falls silent, it asks whether that was the wash you just set up, and can let you know it has finished.

Care labels were written for the people who make clothes, not the people who wash them. Tap the symbols on the one in your hand, in any order, and The Wash Guide reads them back as one plain sentence, in the order the label prints them.
Then a single tap sets up the wash, and it starts no hotter than your label allows. Ask someone else in the house to run it and the label travels with the wash, so it arrives with its care instructions attached.

Your cupboard
Your cupboard, not a shopping list.
Put what’s on your shelf into the app, from a catalogue of more than three hundred detergents stocked for twenty-three markets, or add your own in seconds. It counts down with every wash, tells you roughly when each bottle will run out, and what a wash from it really costs.
It always starts from what you already own. The best detergent for tonight is usually the one under the sink.
Your wash personality
It learns how you wash, and tells you what that makes you.

Machine care
The machine gets looked after too.
Every wash in the house wears the same drum, so the app keeps count for everyone: how many loads since it was last cleaned, when a maintenance wash is due, and when the filter wants a look. Log it from any phone and the whole house knows.
