Help with the app
Something misbehaving, an account you cannot get back into, or a dose that looks wrong to you. Your phone and the app version, if you can find them, usually save a round of questions.
Before you write
One thing that is quicker than an email: if your detergent is missing from the catalogue, you can add it yourself in the app in a few seconds, and it will dose properly from then on. The catalogue is stocked market by market and yours may simply be next.
Your data
Anything about the personal data we hold, including a copy of it or its deletion, goes to privacy@thewashguide.app, and our privacy notice explains what we keep and why. Deleting an account has a page of its own, and needs no email at all.
